About the social contribution of EBS
As a public broadcasting company that specializes in
education, EBS fully engages in various socially
responsible activities and dreams of providing education for everyone to live in harmony. From infanthood to old
age, from normal people to those with disabilities, EBS’s
social contribution does not discriminate based on
gender or age. It works hard to build a Korean
society that is full of warm sharing and healthy values
through education.
As a global media group, EBS is also making much effort
to provide education to Koreans and their children who
are living abroad. Furthermore, the company aims to
create a world where everyone in all parts of the world
lives in harmony through sharing and education.
Major Aims of the
PR/CSR(Public Relations/Corporate Social Responsibility) Team
- EBS provides the underprivileged with media-relevant
contents as a public broadcasting system in order to give
them an equal education opportunity and to narrow
the educational gap between social classes. - The social activities, moreover, have expanded the role
not only in domestic but in overseas countries through
globalized contribution programs. - EBS also encourages audiences to be involved in our
dynamic activities including social contribution research
and public relations which create an atmosphere of
warmth and geniality in society. - For the benefit of the public, various social contribution
programs are ready to be produced, and they will be
released soon. - Besides, the social contribution activities are asked all EBS employees to work together, which will achieve
magnificent effects by implementing campaigns along with the public.
